ATTENTION: For digital tachographs, it is necessary to keep at the disposal of the Control Authorities the printouts (tabulated) of the previous 28 days, as well as for the analogue ones.

“Art. 36 (new!): Records to be carried by the driver

iii)  any manual and tabulated registration made on the current day and in the twenty-eight previous days, as required by this regulation and by Regulation (EC) no. 561/2006.

When driving a vehicle equipped with a digital tachograph, the driver must be able to present at the request of the inspection officials:

i) his driver card;

ii) any manual records and printouts made during the current day and the previous 28 days as required under this Regu­lation and Regulation (EC) No 561/2006.

iii) the record sheets corresponding to the same period as that referred to in point (ii) during which he drove a vehicle fitted with an analogue tachograph.”
