ATTENTION: For digital tachographs, it is necessary to keep at the disposal of the Control Authorities the printouts (tabulated) of the previous 28 days, as well as for the analogue ones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Extract from EU regulation No. 165\/2014<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“Art. 36 (new<\/u>!): Records to be carried by the driver<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

(omission)<\/p>\n

iii)\u00a0\u00a0any manual and tabulated registration made on the current day and in the twenty-eight previous days, as required by this regulation and by Regulation (EC) no. 561\/2006.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

When driving a vehicle equipped with a digital tachograph, the driver must be able to present at the request of the inspection officials:<\/em><\/p>\n

i) his driver card;<\/em><\/p>\n

ii) any manual records and printouts made during the current day and the previous 28 days as required under this Regu\u00adlation and Regulation (EC) No 561\/2006.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

iii)\u00a0the record sheets corresponding to the same period as that referred to in point (ii) during which he drove a vehicle fitted with an <\/em>analogue tachograph.”<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
